Laura is a seasoned insurance professional with more than 24 years of experience across broking, underwriting and claims. Her career has included positions in the UK, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, providing her with a broad international perspective. Since joining YIB in 2018, she has become a valued Senior Account Executive known for her technical proficiency and commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
Laura holds Diplomas in General Insurance and Broking, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Insurance. Her strong analytical background, particularly in policy coverage and claims management, enables her to provide clear, informed guidance and effective advocacy for clients.
Outside the office, you’ll find Laura planning her next trip, discovering new food experiences or spending quality time with her husband, two children and extended family.
