Zoey joined YIB in December 2021 and has quickly become a valued member of the team, supporting two of our Senior Account Managers with efficiency, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence. With a passion for the insurance industry and long-term goals that drive her every day, Zoey brings energy, teamwork and genuine care to every client she works with. She thrives on learning from her colleagues, expanding her expertise, and contributing to the team’s success.
She brings a unique perspective to her role, having previously worked for an Insurance Builder, giving her firsthand insight into how claims work and the importance of structuring cover correctly. She takes pride in ensuring that claims are managed smoothly and effectively, providing clients with confidence and peace of mind throughout the process.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (Majoring in Financial Planning and Accounting) and Tier 1 qualifications in Insurance Broking, Zoey combines technical knowledge with a client-focused approach.
A natural team player, she thrives in fast-paced environments and loves collaborating to find the best outcomes—whether it’s for her clients, her colleagues, or the broader YIB community.
When she isn’t in the office, you’ll probably find her planning her next trip overseas, having just recently finished a gap year in Canada. Closer to home, Zoey loves playing sport particularly rugby league, catching up with friends, or being at the beach.
