Your Insurance Broker (YIB) began in 1992 when Winston Johnston opened a small office in Maleny with a simple belief: insurance should feel personal, practical, and grounded in real relationships. As the business grew, we moved to our purpose-built Caloundra premises in 2001 and have continued to support Queensland businesses ever since.
More than three decades on, that original philosophy is one the YIB team still live by.
Today, YIB is recognised as one of Queensland’s leading privately-owned general insurance brokerages — built on experience, honesty, and the genuine care we have for the people and businesses who rely on us.
