Since starting her insurance career in 2008, she has worked across a range of roles that have strengthened her understanding of client needs, policy requirements, and the day‑to‑day realities businesses face.
Lauren takes pride in making the insurance process stress free and warm. She works closely with Abbey and helps to ensure clients receive the support they need by creating a smooth and confident experience for every interaction.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys life by the beach, spending time with her two daughters, and getting creative with arts and crafts. A passionate foodie, she loves cooking at home just as much as exploring new restaurants, especially anything noodle‑based or Asian fusion. When she’s after downtime, you’ll often find her watching movies or discovering new recipes.
